The "Nanyang Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Zhuge Book House, Osmanthus City Store No. 106" project designed by Mr. Zhang Yangyang, deputy director of the Zhengzhou Green and Low-Carbon Building Design and Intelligent Construction Engineering Technology Research Center and director of the Green Building (Ultra-Low Energy Consumption) Research Office of the Third Branch of Zhengzhou University Comprehensive Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., successfully passed the completion acceptance and was put into use at the beginning of the year. Today, it has passed the national "ultra-low energy consumption building" certification.

“The surface temperature of the inner wall of the book house is stable and uniform, providing a more comfortable sensory experience. The exterior windows are made of double-layer vacuum tempered glass, which has good air tightness and sound insulation effect, making the indoor environment quieter.” Li Jianfeng, chairman of Dahe Book Bureau, said when introducing the reading environment of the book house. After being reviewed by the expert team of Henan Academy of Building Research, on June 28, the city study room in Osmanthus City was awarded the ultra-low energy consumption certification mark by the China Building Energy Conservation Association.
Entering the book house, there are a dazzling array of books on the bookshelves, and there are no empty seats in front of the desks. “It's very quiet here, the air is fresh, neither too cold nor too hot. Reading is very comfortable.” On July 30, Qin Mengjie, a student living nearby, said when talking about her frequent reading experience here.
The vacuum glass used in the book house has excellent thermal insulation performance, making the inner surface temperature of the glass close to the wall temperature, reducing cold and heat radiation, and providing a more comfortable sensory experience. Vacuum glass also has excellent sound insulation performance. The weighted sound insulation quantity of the vacuum glass configuration used in this project reaches 40dB, effectively isolating outdoor medium and low-frequency noise and creating a quiet and comfortable reading environment for readers.
Xinliji has been deeply engaged in the research and development, production, and application promotion of vacuum glass technology and products for more than twenty years and has been committed to improving the energy efficiency level of building doors and windows. Xinliji vacuum glass has been successfully applied to nearly a hundred projects, with a usage area of more than 100,000 square meters. In the future, more and better vacuum glass will be used in ultra-low energy consumption and nearly zero energy consumption buildings to help achieve the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” in the construction field.
