Completed in 2011, vacuum insulating glass building complex is composed of three buildings with different functions: library, museum and concert hall.

Zhengzhou Library is located in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou city. It was built in 2012 and started operation in 2013. In the same year, it was rated as the national building energy saving library demonstration unit.
