The heat transfer coefficient of vacuum glass has entered the 0.3 era

time:2022.07.08 The author:新立基 share:

With the proposal of the dual carbon goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the task of energy conservation and carbon reduction in the construction field is arduous. Developing green buildings and ultra-low energy consumption buildings is an important way to reduce carbon emissions from buildings. Therefore, vigorously developing ultra-low energy consumption buildings is not only the future development trend of buildings, but also an important way to promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

All along, high-performance energy-saving glass products play an important role in ultra-low energy consumption buildings. High-performance doors and windows require high thermal insulation performance and high daylighting effect. A high-performance energy-saving door and window cannot be separated from high-performance energy-saving glass.

Recently, Xinliji has developed a vacuum glass with a lower heat transfer coefficient. Tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Building Engineering, the heat transfer coefficient K value has reached 0.38W/(m²·K), and the visible light transmittance is 66%. After being combined with profiles, the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window can be below 0.8 W/(m²·K), approaching the thermal insulation performance of general walls, so that windows are no longer the weak point of building thermal insulation.
