Recently we found that our registered trademark is illegally used by some companies. So we formally notice that:

(1) We have never, ever entitled any companies or individuals to use the trademark of 新立基^® . All vacuum insulating glass products with the trademark of 新立基^®which are not manufactured by our company will be counterfeit and infringing products. They are not associated with our company, and we cannot be liable for their quality or performance.

(2) Other than our company and our subsidiaries, any companies in the names including words of 新立基 and Synergy are not associated with our company, the actions of which use our registered trademark are illegal. We strongly urge consumers to diligently scrutinize relevant information to prevent any misconceptions and financial losses.

(3) Our company retains the right to take legal action against any entity or individual infringing on our registered trademarks and to hold the offenders accountable for their legal liabilities. We seriously warn to the parties concerned to stop all unauthorized actions immediately.
